Australia’s former legendary batsman Matthew Hayden has been appointed as the mentor of the Pakistan cricket team for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
The national team will arrive in Australia on October 15 after playing a tri-series in New Zealand where Matthew Hayden will join the national cricket team in Brisbane. The former Australian player has also worked with the national cricket team in the ICC facilitated T20 World Cup 2021.
Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Rameez Raja says, I welcome Matthew Hayden once again to the Pakistan cricket team, his knowledge of Australian conditions and the game will be very useful for the national players.
